[Client] Client IP didn't update after rune purchase

Right as I bought a rune the client gave me the purchase has been successful screen. However, if you look at the top right, no IP was deducted, or so I thought. So I tried buying another rune. It then said I didn't have enough. What I think happened is that the servers updated my IP amount but the client didn't.

Rune was Tier 3 Greater Mark of Attack Speed if that helps at all.
