[Gameplay] Syndra's upgraded Q blast no longer has the red-tint from Transcendent.

Pretty much what it says. Upgrade her Q to Rank 5, the blast zone around new dark spheres is the standard purple, not red-purple it was pre-6.9.

Do you know if Syndra's desync animation (walking normally, walking after she uses her ultimate, etc) is on record or not? Ququroon mentioned looking into it a couple months ago and I have no idea what happened with that ... It got worse this patch, but I dunno if I should keep reporting it.

I can get you video recordings and the like if you need them.
