Unable to Left Click after using Twisted Fate's Ult

Now, I don't know how it happened or how I fixed it but after using Twisted Fates ult like every 2 out of 3 times it would stay as a targeting reticle (the little diamond) and I would suddenly lose the ability to left click anywhere on the map. I couldn't A-Click minions or champions, I couldn't click on the minimap and had to drag my camera around everywhere. I could still ping or go into the shop or move my items around.

The only thing I do know is that it happened after using his ult and that it randomly fixed itself at different points in the game. Sometimes it was 30 seconds, sometimes it wasn't even fixed by the time I could ult again.
