[Gameplay] Intermittent Loss of Camera Control After Dying

The issue pertains to the camera after your champion dies and I only know it happens on SR. I've tried determining what causes it but cannot figure it out. After your champ dies you can pan around for a split second but then the camera acts like you pressed "Y" to lock the camera on your champion. However pressing "Y" to disable the (now) locked camera does not work. You cannot pan over the map with the cursor on the edges of the screen nor by clicking mini-map locations. Once you are alive, the camera snaps back to your respawn and you can operate the camera normally again.

This bug makes spotting dangers for your team difficult if you died at the initiation of a team fight. Thought you ought to know.
