Janna zephyr starts out early

Idk if it was listed in recent patch notes but when Im using forecast Janna (idk about the other skins) Janna will have the zephyr passive even if she hast leveled it yet. If you guys know if it was on purpose or if it happens with her other skins - tell me.

For now you can repeat this bug by starting a game as forecast Janna and not leveling up zephyr.
