[CLIENT] Opening Client Only Displays Empty Dark Blue Window

When I try to open the the league client, I don't see anything but the dark blue background of the client. Nothing else for the client loads (ie. no login capabilities, no login art). I have to start the task manager and end task to exit. I try to enter the client again and the same thing happens.
