Bard Q and Bard W
Q: Upon hitting its first target, even if it is point blank, cosmic bind will set its range to ~200. While this is beneficial at long range, at short range this just makes it an annoying stun to hit.
W: The "Hold alt to self cast" functionality has been disabled. I don't know how you managed that, when you made no changes to the skill this patch, but it has gotten me killed several times.
