Rek'Sai Ult Scream MUCH Too Loud (Spectator Mode)

Blue side unskinned Rek'Sai ult global sound is incredibly loud compared to other sound effects while I was spectating a match.

It was so out of scale that I will report it as a bug. Very negative thing for spectator mode (and possibly LC$ streams). I tested to see what would mute Rek'Sai sound: it is a sound effect, it's a shame to mute sound effects because Rek'Sai nukes your ears off

IDK, maybe it's my end. Or maybe I just don't mind the warning if I'm in the game??

I just witnessed that bug spectating a friends game. It was very distracting and quite rough on the ears with a gaming headset on. I searched through the options and could not find a setting or anything to lower it.
