It could just be me... but it's happened enough times that I think it's not just me

Picking Qiyana or having someone pick qiyana has a chance to make you not connect to the game. I've played games all day, the second i pick qiyana I get failed to connect to game. This has been happening for the last few days. At first I thought it was just my connection, but now I noticed that it's only ever when there's a qiyana picked. There may be a certain set up, certain champ pick order or w/e it is and I can't recreate it for the life of me... but I'm sure it's there. I get stuck on black screens more then 8+ times trying to pick Qiyana.

Can someone look into this?
