Unable to hear recall sound effects patch 8.10

In game I and several others are completely unable to hear the end recall sound effect when arriving in base. The channel sound is still audible but the return to base sfx is completely mute. I have tried repairing my game locally but this has not changed anything. All other sound appear to be normal.
