Don't know if this is a bug, but it's frustrating

The lp gain/loss seems to be bugged right now. I'm getting 18/19 lp per win, and anywhere from 18-21 lp for losses. I'm only in silver 1 and yet a 30 minute game gave me 19 lp, and a 36 minute game gave me 18 lp
