Has anything been done to fix IP?

I think it's been like 6 months since I first started noticing that I'm not getting the correct IP, and the only solution I've seen it "just log out and log back in, that will fix it"

And that is correct. That will fix the problem. But, I've been given an incorrect amount of IP after every match for like 6 months.

For example: I play a few games, the client shows I have 5000 IP. I log out, log back in: the client shows I have 4500 IP. I play a few games, the client shows I have 5000 IP. I log out, log back in, the client shows I have 4800 IP.

This problem clearly isn't a priority, but it also clearly isn't difficult to fix.
