It's been 4 patches and no fix... only 10 seconds to honor someone

When honor came out everything was great. You had 40 seconds to honor someone. Then something broke and it made the time unlimited. It was still nice because i needed the time to honor someone. After they fixed this unlimited version i started having each game only 6-10 seconds to honor someone. This is so bad.

Also, when it was made, when i opened a browser or something the game told me that it was time to honor someone, now this is gone too... I can't honor anyone in thos 10 seconds and i think i'm losing honor xp.
