network issues

Been having multiple issues lately with league and connections. Everything else on my comp works fine, no internet issues, but I've had multiple games lately where the moment I start to load into a game it throws a 'not connected to the internet' error and closes back to the client. Killing the client and rerunning as admin works sometimes, but not always, so I'm not convinced that's even related.

I thought the issue was confined to actual games, but just a moment ago I was in champ select and the timer for the guy above me went to 0 and nothing happened. Tried typing in chat, nothing happened. Checked internet with my browser, pages load fine, I have internet. Then the rooms chat says everyone else left. After killing the client and relaunching, I'm told I can't queue for 5 minutes for dodged.
