[CLIENT] Client keeps shrinking despite changing the size since last patch.

Can be reproduced 100% of the time.

Start up the client and its automatically 1024x576 every single time since last patch. It used to always be 1280x720.

Changing it to it's proper size never saves either. If you close out the client, it will boot back up in its shrunk state.
