Elixir of skill bug

Just reporting this. I ran the kleptomancy rune, got an elixir of skill at around lvl 10 and used it.

But when i got to lvl 18, since i already had max skill points, the panel that ask to lvl up an ability popped out, but there was nothing highlighted, and as such, i couldnt remove it for the rest of the game, please fix it, as i like that rune and i dont plan to change it for a while lol.
