Said I had to win 1 normal game to get back in ranked

Well I just won, ranked q still locked "due to negative behavior" (even tho the only negative thing i said in the last 3 games was "really ww (after he gave lux a kill), my lanes hard enough as it is......" (ppl reported me for that? jesus....25chat restriction and 1 win, which was a lie.
