Possible solution to Yasuo (game crash/freeze) bug

As a Yasuo main, I have not been able to play him at all these past few weeks, but after trying a simple trick I've finally been able to load in normally with him. The bug that I am talking about is where if you're playing Yasuo your client freezes upon entering the fountain forcing you to shutdown. After trying numerous times I have only found two solutions; the latter obviously being the best. The first, taking anything besides flash/ignite. The second, alt+tabbing as soon as you enter the loading screen and not opening league back up until you hear the game sounds
