Akali W Smoke animation missing

Hi there,

So not sure if anyone else has had this, but I played against an Akali yesterday and when she used her W she just disappeared. There was no smoke ring, no sign of her or the indication of her available distance to or from me. As handicaps go I found this one to be pretty damn difficult to overcome. Note this effected JUST ME, she could see it, my team could see it, only I couldn't see it.

Is this a known bug?
