Ryze Bot is still fucked up in Bot games

I dunno much about Bot games, but whenever I input Ryze Bot into a Custom game, he just literally AFKs at base after 3 to 4 deaths. Please do something about this.

I feel like they forgot to update his AI for the rework, and so now I guess he's trying to function using the old kit but he doesn't have it?
