New Ward Bug

Has anyone experienced a bug where after you place a ward, for some reason it doesn't place exactly where you put it, instead being a hundred or two hundred units off?

I tried warding river brush as Morgana, and it didn't go into the bush, instead appearing about 100 units closer to me, which of course made it so bush wasn't warded.
