[CLIENT] Sound missing

Since the latest patch, I've noticed a lot of sounds not playing (sound is not muted in my client). For instance, the sound when the queue pops no longer happens, Champion select is usually mute (again sound is not muted on client). Do not know how to reproduce. Sporadic but happens frequently.
