So, I had over 6000 BE, and I went to buy Sona, but the client was being a bit buggy, so I closed it then reopened it, and after I logged back on, I was down to 3100 BE but still didn't own Sona. I checked my purchase history, and it says I didn't buy her, so now I'm confused as to why I'm out over 3000 BE.
