I'm getting droped from games, someone help pls!

Recently I started to get disconnected alot from games and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I can't even reconect now. It's so annoying because I think that either I'm hacked in some way or somebody is constantly drop hacking me if that's even possible. This makes it impossible to play a rancked game. So if somebody had a similar problem and fixed it plese tell me how. Thank you in advance!
