Black Screen in Ranked Champion Select

*Hey guys I was submitting this to ask if this has happened to anyone else? I have tried countless times to play a ranked game but I get a black screen. Then I dodge so it says and i looked at my LP and i didn't lose anything. This is obviously a bug, because i cant pick a champion and all i get is a blank screen. Can anyone diagnose my Problem? *
