Yasuo's E is bugged on the High Noon Yasuo skin

Hey guys ive been using the high noon yasuo skin and it seems the range of the e is shorter and it has a higher cool down or something please check this out because i love using this skin and is a very big problem. Also there is a buggy feeling dashing throw minions.
