Champ select and then stuck at Zero.

Literally in champ select it was stuck at Zero for 5 minutes and it told me i dodged after i exited. I dont think i should be marked as a dodger when i in fact did not mean to do it and it was a client issue and not something i did on purpose.. Please help me if you have experienced the same fate as i. Riot please take a look at this feed. My summoner name is Jake2G. Fix my 30 minute block.
