Can't Pick Kai'sa in champion select

I can't physically click her portrait because it is not there in champion select. Even searching her name with the search bar. Riot please fix this issue I am not the only one having this issue. I've even fresh installed the game again and still same issue. I bought the new champion and I'd like to play her! I posted this and never got a riot employee to look at the last one. So here I am again posting on this bug thread because this game has so many issues. Strongly upset.
