Where is the Quinn R bug gona be addressed?

It takes time for Riot to actually figure out exactly how to fix a bug. Also, there's a matter of priority. I don't know what the bug is for Quinn's R, so I don't know how big or game breaking it is, but Riot will tend to devote more time and energy to fix bugs that are bigger and more game breaking than they will with small bugs.

Also, unless the bug is incredibly game breaking to where they have to disable a certain champion or item, they don't implement bug fixes as soon as they find the fix. They wait until the next patch to implement the fix.

Kinda hard to fix something you've provided absolutely no information on. You mind sharing what the bug is? Reproduction steps? Screenshots/videos?

Do you really expect them to fix a bug that fast? Do you even know how long it takes to program things?
