Manaflow Band Cooldown indicator missing when on cooldown

Title...

I dont know where it went, but Iv noticed the cooldown timer for Manaflow Band causes the icon to disappear till Manaflow Band is off cooldown.

Its making planning my poke a bit more difficult, manageable, but I see no reason for this to be taken away. Must be a bug.
