Stattik shiv passive without any items bug?

I was playing ashe and the only items I had was a doran's blade and a pot, but above my abilities where my "status effects" were, I had the stattik shiv "charging" passive. When the passive was fully charged it wouldn't deal bonus damage on auto, but i noticed it would give me a temporary speed boost after I autoed someone. I would have screenshots, but my print screen thing bugged out.

Lol it's alright. I got really confused when I saw it, too. It took me a few minutes before I realized that the patch with the Warlord's changes went through

Thats Warlord's Bloodlust. It's a passive that charges up and has the same icon as SS and RFC. Read what your masteries do my man.
