[GAMEPLAY] Sivir & Banshee's Veil bug

As I was playing Sivir in a normal game, a Vel'Koz tried to get me with his E. I had a Banshee's Veil and the spellshield was up as he used his E, but at the same time I used my E so I could not get knocked up and get back some mana. As I used my E, I regained back the mana, but it also used the shield from banshee's veil.

1. Play through a game as Sivir
2. Buy a Banshee's Veil
3. Have a friend play Vel'Koz and have his use his E on you
4. Use your spellshield as Sivir while Banshee's Veil is up

I didn't get a picture or video of this, but you could probably recreate it if you wanted to. May have been a 1 time bug, but if not it should get fixed asap.
