a few games ago, the enemy master yi had permanent scuttle speed, allowing him to move a lot faster.
edit: getting the replay rn, do i just put the file on here or do i have to record it? also it wasn't cloud or his ult, it was blue, and it said scuttle speed when i left clicked him and hovered over his buffs.
Do you have footage? You could easily be confusing cloud drakes.
What's his running animation like? Does he hold his sword in 1 hand and on the side of his body, while the other hand in front of his face with a ninja hand-sign?
If not, then it's probably just Cloud Drake buff.
That's called "Pressing R and killing a bunch of people". Clearly he killed your team so hard that the game decided to extend his ult to forever.
This bug or whatever it is happened to a Quinn on the enemy team. She had a permanent speed buff, and at first I thought it was ghost, but it just lasted the whole game. I looked at her buffs (clicked on her) and throughout the whole game she was receiving the scuttle buff and would not run out. Don't know whether it was a glitch or a hack, but it was pretty annoying as a w'd draven couldn't outspeed her.
