Blue Side Raptor Wall Bug

In my last game, on two separate occasions, both myself and my Top Laner got "stuck" running alongside the blue-side Raptor wall. The exact point (Will link picture from solo-custom game) where the triangle-shaped flower is, right at the corner of the wall.

I was playing Thresh , was unable to move away from the spot, but still able to auto-attack minions and cast abilities, such as my ult (I panicked). Our top Jarvan IV encountered the same problem, and had to resort to flashing out of his "stuck" position as his banner/lance combo couldn't free him.

Wondering if anybody else has noticed this bug/glitch? Seriously unfortunate when it happened and it turned the tide of the fights for the worse. Was hoping for Loss Prevented
