Top 3 Most Broken Champions (BONUS)

Greetings, Leaguers!

Here's my rant: Cho'gath, Garen, and Elise.

Chogath Has one of the few remaining silences left in the game (3 of I'm not mistaken) which happens to be a cone-shaped AoE, lasting for basically years. Pair that with a ranged, AoE Knockup (unaffected by tenacity) that slows afterward, and to top it all off, a Point-and-Click, true damage execute that buffs him in the process (if target is killed). Playable as either a tank or a mage.

Garen Also has one of the few remaining silences, though it be single target, but grants him movement speed that can out-run early-game basic boots, when Garen himself has none AND drops all slows. Silence the enemy, so they can't do anything but auto attack, while you spin around doing massive AoE damage, then finishing it off with a (god knows why) RANGED Magic-Damage based Execute, scaling off of missing health %. Not to mention his Passive which supposedly takes 10 seconds to activate (never takes that long) and regenerates 0.4% of his max health per second -- easily regenerating 50-150 hp/1 late game. Playable as either a fighter (why would you do that) or straight Tank built, and still do more damage than the carries.

Elise Now, Elise is by no means "overpowered". She's able to deal massive amounts of damage, given the right circumstances and in all honesty is one of my favorite champions out there. She requires adequate timing and knowledge of the champion to play well. (As opposed to Garen or Cho) Spider-Form does not use mana (awesome) and is generally more for sustained fights or at least the end of the fight -- granted, you're almost always swapping forms. Her problems are not that she's too strong like the other two -- she's quite literally broken.

  1. Rappel -- Rappel has been broken since her release. It quite commonly drops you on random targets without you having to press anything. This makes stressful situations that much more stressful and can result in a huge loss.
  2. Venomous Bite -- Elise's spider-form-Q has a small bug that negates her from transferring over walls or obstacles when used on an opponent on the other side. The damage is still dealt, and the spiderlings fly over the wall, but Elise stays on the original side, despite her animation attempting to transfer as well. This makes jungle escapes impossible, when rappel is down (if it will even work to begin with).

These 3 Champions -- in my mediocre gaming opinion -- need some attention. Not Karma, who Riot literally stated had a "small player base". These champions are seen quite often in lower/middle tiers. (Silver/Gold/Plat) And in most situations are almost impossible to deal with, given their current kits.

My suggestions (Feel free to hate)

Chogath Remove slow from Rupture. Nerf/Remove the True Damage from Feast. 800+ True Damage is ridiculous. Garen Nerf/Remove Silence from Q. Replace Missing Health % Damage on Ult and Reduce Range to Melee. Elise Just fix her...Been 2 years already. Plenty of other complaints -- I'm sure mine will go unheard as well. and Poppy Literally the worst mana pool in the game. Only enough for one early-game combo, then you're completely OOM... Give that girl some more blue bar.

i was skeptical once i saw elise until you clarified that you meant literal broken and not the slang term, honestly i think garen is fine he has his place in the game and all he really has going for him is his silence and execute.

Riot confirmed Elise is already about to get some changes. They said it won't be like Jayce, but she's getting something.

Garen has these abiilties because he is supposed to be a tank that can initiate and take out the enemy carry while still benefiting in his solo lane. Chogath is a little disruptive, but he is one of the least tanky tanks and he is very easy to focus. His early laning is obnoxious and he has strong team fight potential, but many champs just all in and take him out. Elise really needs work

poppy does need some reworking, but she has alot of compensation on her ult. up to 8 seconds of invulnerability and immunity to crowd control so long as she doesn't kill her original target(provided you pick a good target, like a janna or something since her Q is relative or idk )
