so idk what has caused this but my internet went down for a little while and when it came back up everything was working fine except league, i can log on to the pbe just fine but on norms it loads for several minutes then tells me i cant connect to the login queue, any reason as to why?
Had the same problem. After trying everything else, I just read this, and it worked for me:
Open your Internet Explorer, then Internetoptions -> Advanced and look for the "TLS 1.0" in the list. It needs to be activated (Transport Layer Securty). The Launcher uses the IE Options.
