wierd MS

Playing a match Morde Vs Chogath in the Toplane. I bought boots to start so I had 350 ms and Cho has 345. Several times I would be chasing him almost on-top of him trying to land Consecutive Q's and he would out run me.

Does that seem odd to anyone?
