[GAMEPLAY] Tibbers usually not attacking champions after a target change.

He'll hit things on the initial summon, but I just had 3 games (on Nexus Siege) in which, after the initial summoning, Tibbers would refuse to attack enemy champions. Like I would press R on the enemy Ryze or Xin and he would just go hug them and stand there, not attacking. I don't know what causes it; sometimes he takes target but more often doesn't.

Also, when I complained about this to my team, the Shaco said his clone was having problems too, but I don't know anything about that.
