its telling me im in a game, but wont let me in

I was logged off for about 2 hours, felt like playing 1 more before bed, and i walked into a reconnect screen. confused, i hit reconnect, and the game loads a black screen and crashes. it wont change at all. help?

also, its telling me i cant upvote things on the boards, its telling me i dont have authorization
