PBE boards and report a bug not working

I try to report a bug from nexus blitz, I click the report a bug in PBE client, and it leads me to "please login to continue" even though I'm already logged in.

Anyways, I'm trying to report a bug where during the 18min mark in nexus blitz, the enemy's nexus didn't spawn, but ours did, and when we were at their base, couldn't end because couldn't destroy their nexus since there wasn't one.
