HELP

today its a normal day i wake up at 7AM and open my pc to play league and went im open up the login screen look no diffrent between PBE server login screen but im using other server not PBE and well i think that bug is unessescary so i login in and its normal except it lag as hell and my friend list is 0 so i restart my pc and login in again the login screen is normal now and no lag at all and my friend list is still 200 but went the match start everything was disapear and i can only see turret map decoration and nexus but i cant buy anything or open the shop my champ were disapear too so pls help me this is the 4th time i met this bug and i think i will get leaverbuster after this bug..
