Primal Udyr Model Ripping

Was in a bot game with some friends, and towards the end of the game we noticed Udyr's (I believe it was the Primal Udyr skin) model doing some weird things. It happened three times during the game, and we were able to capture one of the times in a screenshot at the victory screen.

EDIT: As an additional note, it was not just one of us noticing it, it was 3-4 of us seeing it at a time, not sure what kind graphics settings everyone was using. Not sure what was causing the issue or how to replicate it.
