[GAMEPLAY] Lucian ults while CC'ed

This is the second time I've seen this happen in a month, replays of which will be provided below. Normally, Lucian is allowed to continue ulting if he's hit with a CC he'd normally be able to auto attack through (Roots, etc.). In both of these cases, Lucian was hit by a hard CC that would normally interrupt his ult (or any channel for that matter).

First case (about a month ago), Lucian is tagged by Braum's passive, and just as the ult starts, Braum's passive gets to 4 stacks, stunning Lucian. Meanwhile, Lucian continues ulting, though clearly stunned (see the stun icon floating above Lucian's head).

Second case (today), Lucian is chasing down Anivia, and starts ulting. Anivia throws her wall directly on top of him, knocking him aside (Lucian is seen physically moved from where the wall spawns). Lucian, however, continues ulting.

This is a fairly game-changing bug, especially as I believe Lucian is about to spike in popularity due to some buffs (I imagine if this bug occurred during an LCS match, it would result in a restore/remake).
