[GAMEPLAY] Poppy passive interaction with Plants bug

Poppy's passive, Iron Ambassador, doesn't automatically bounce back to her upon killing the new plants in the jungle like it should. It bounces back when killing all other forms of units (minions, champions, wards, Jhin traps, Teemo shrooms, etc), so I figured the shield not bouncing back on the jungle plants must be a bug.

I've tried this interaction many times now, varying between plant types and plant location, as well have switched between Poppy skins to ensure that wasn't the issue as well. It happens every game though regardless of plant type, location, or the skin Poppy is using.
