The pencil and paper glitch

Seems to only happen once I put League of Legends on my MacBook Pro, and wasn't even happening today until I went in and out of a game. I was then presented with about 90% of my icons in the Dock and Launchpad all looking like this generic icon. Super annoying cuz I have to guess what everything is now lol.
