Kha'Zix R Bug

Currently playing a game on Kha'Zix. Chose to evolve R second in response to Master Yi. Kha'Zix can stealth twice normally, but as soon as the ability cools down for the third charge, it goes on a full cool down. I am also still blue/purple, not orange, despite my evolution

EDIT: Was able to use R thrice while in combat. However I was still Blue.
