chat service login failure

Hi. Everytime I log into LoL since the recent patch I've been unable to log into the chat service. I don't know if this is a prevalent problem for others, but it makes me unable to access my friends list or communicate in pregame/postgame chat. I don't believe that I have been chat banned seeing as how I have not gotten anything telling me otherwise, and it has only really been happening since I patched 4.20 yesterday. Welp, I just wanted to let you guys be aware of this issue and maybe help nip a future problem in the bud now. Thanks for the game; its fun. Good luck.
