Annie's let doesn't apply 4th stack stun?
- I've played an annie game recently after not playing her for a long time and I noticed that whenever I have my stun up and ult the enemy, they would not get stunned. It's not all the time like maybe its cause i ulted dead center on them which would apply the stun vs i ulted around the edge (I hit them because i would see a huge chunk of their health gone but not stunned) but the game decides not to stun maybe? I think it might also count that i was ulting one person rather than a group. Thats not me but I'm saying that I actually did see my ult dmg go off to the enemy but it wouldn't stun them. I honestly didn't mind too much since i don't play annie and i won that game but still it looks like a pretty major bug
