bug that makes it unable to play without relaunch

this is the second this bug has happened where after playing a game and going to the home screen on the new client all my things at the top of the client disappear, aka the play, store, loot, profile buttons are all gone, also i'm still on occasion not getting match accept screens if im playing with a friend I can load up the store and it sometimes loads the accept screen.
