Spectate bugging out

I tried to spectate my friend's normal, but it took my four times clicking spectate for it to actually try and spectate, then it was just sitting on the loading screen with no one loading in and it wouldn't let me alt tab. When i finally got into spectate, everything was bugging, the only thing working correctly was the timer. When i alt tabbed once i was in the game, there were two league windows open, separate from the actual window.
